That reputation compounds.
A designer with three strong case studies and meaningful relationships may receive opportunities that another designer with ten redesign challenges never hears about.
That’s not unfair.
That’s how professional communities naturally work.
Your next role may not come from another redesign challenge.
It may come from someone who already trusts your thinking.
Continue improving your craft.
Continue building your portfolio.
